Roles and Responsibilities:-
• 5+ years’ experience as an SFCC/Demandware Architect or Lead SFCC Developer/Engineer.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce, the topology of commerce systems, and the e- commerce ecosystem
• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) ecosystem and best practices
• Understanding of how to make web components reusable and testable
• Understanding of restful APIs, OCAPI & SCAPI, Should have hands on experience in headless/composable storefront.
• Understanding of MVC, SOA and asynchronous file exchanges
• Ability to take business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (Git strategies, Unit Tests, build processes)
• Participate in all aspects of implementing new eCommerce solutions in an agile environment including design, development, and testing.
• Ensure the adherence to coding and SFCC best practices across the team.
• Serve as technical expert with deep experience with both front-end and back-end development on the SFCC platform.
• Build strong relationships with core team and business stakeholder.
• Exhibit a flexible and collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide recommendations on ways to improve CI/CD – DevOps processes.
• Architect cross-cloud solutions that integrate well into other Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Customer 360, etc.)
• Support existing environment including functional enhancements and issue resolution.
Certification:- Should have SFCC B2C Developer Certification.
