1.Based on networking and research, provide good quality market intelligence to the business regarding the recruitment market, and build a pipeline/database of future talent.
2.Establish contacts with qualified candidates and build long-term relationships using internet job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri) and other networking tools.
3.Measuring staffing performance with regard to metrics focusing on time to fill, hiring manager satisfaction, and requisition aging
4.Sourcing quality candidates to fulfill out talent requirements of IT Profiles
5.Selecting and leveraging assessment and competency based interviewing
6.Facilitation of entire selection process including requisition management, sourcing and managing candidates, interviewing and selection and offer management
7.Establishing, recommending and implementing innovative sourcing plans and process to HR and hiring managers
8.Diversity recruitment – ensuring diverse slate of candidates
9.Managing relationship with key external search firm.
