Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using .Net Core technologies and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the application meets business requirements.
- Perform tests to determine usability and catch defects before releasing the application to other internal users.
- Regularly update and patch applications to address security vulnerabilities.
- Monitor applications and infrastructure on Azure to identify and resolve performance issues and bottlenecks.
Qualifications & skills
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of related work experience
- Demonstrated understanding of software design and programming principles
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, and experience in building applications using .Net Core, ASP.Net, Azure SQL Database, CosmosDB, use of any of the prebuild UI components
- Familiarity with continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, version control systems like Git, and containerization platforms like Docker
- Hands-on experience with designing and building Web/REST APIs
- Understanding of cloud architecture principles and microservices
- At least theoretical knowledge of theory and challenges around Asynchronous programming to build distributed systems
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Experience in building applications in Microsoft Blazor, Telerik UI components, MassTransit on Azure Service Bus
- Any experience in the trading domain is good to have.
