Job Description:
Ability to independently handle projects in Filenet Administration,
4-5 years of experience in FileNet 5.x Content Manager (CM) design, installation, and administration
Experience in installation, configuration, and administration of other FileNet components like Case Manager
Ability to configure desktop menus, plugins for the ICN & Datacap. Setting up connection Point and Isolated Region Configuration.
Good knowledge of database management (Oracle or MS SQL or DB2)
Must have performed product upgrades and product migrations to different Windows or Unix platforms.
Ability to setup regular Backups & Should has experienced in setting up Filenet DR Environment.
Trouble shooting and performing root cause analysis. Interacting with IBM Technical support engineers for product issues.
Experience in performance tuning, DR Drill Activity, Renew SSL certificates.
Analyze customer requirements and translate them into FileNet system specifications.
Manage customer expectations. Good understanding of how Support function works.
Must have knowledge to close VA Point reported for linux/windows servers.
Monitor ECM system performance and take corrective action to optimize usage of system resources.
Good to have Skills : who can perform comprehensive application health assessments, Install and configure FileNet software, monitor system resources, troubleshoot issues and effectively address vulnerabilities
