| A Data warehousing Lead with good hands-on development experience in Oracle as well as in cloud technologies like Snowflake and Azure. Oracle to Snowflake migration experience preferred. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Snowflake/Azure Required: Advanced SQL, Shell scripting & UNIX skills Demonstrated experience and ability to work with business users to gather requirements and manage scope. Proven ability to effectively manage the team and deliverables should be delivered on time and the first time right. Good communication, Analytical skills. Hands-on Experience In writing SQL queries, ETL development, and any DWH implementation on relational and NoSQL data stores on Dimensional Modeling ( Star and snowflake), ETL Design and performance tuning on Snowflake data modeling, Snowflake SQL, writing complex stored Procedures in deploying Snowflake features of data sharing, events, and lake-house patterns with Snowflake utilities. SnowSQL, SnowPipe, and Big Data model techniques using Python. Experience with Azure data storage and management technologies such as ADLS. Experience in Data Migration from Oracle to Snowflake cloud data warehouse. Expertise in Snowflake concepts – setting up resource monitors, RBAC controls, and virtual warehouse sizing.
