We are seeking a Non-IT Recruiter to join our dynamic and fast-paced human resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring candidates for various non-IT positions within our organization. The Non-IT Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and execute plans to attract and retain top talent. The role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the recruitment process for non-technical roles.

Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  2. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various non-IT positions such as administrative, sales, marketing, customer service, finance, and operations roles.
  3. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the organization.
  4. Utilize various recruitment tools and techniques, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract potential candidates.
  5. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and proactively build a network of potential candidates for future job openings.
  6. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  7. Manage the offer process, including negotiating and extending job offers to selected candidates.
  8. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role, with a focus on non-IT recruitment.
  3. Strong understanding of various non-technical roles and their specific requirements within an organization.
  4. Demonstrated ability to source, attract, and retain high-quality candidates.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  6. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
