Job Overview:
Experience in migration of SAP ECC to S4 HANA mandatory. Understanding of Backup, Restore, HA DR set up, lift & shift migration will be mandatory
Monitor System Performance and Batch Jobs related to SAP Basis and ensure proactive measures are taken to prevent major incidents.
Experience in Sizing, Installation, Version Upgrades, Patch upgrades, and performance tuning of applications
Understand the new business requirement and accordingly Functional Design Document will be prepared and the same will be delivered as per change management process.
Focus constantly on areas to improve. Introduce measures to monitor and continuously improve response time and restoration time of incidents.
Use SAP Basis expertise to help improve the resolution for any sort of failure Scenarios.
Managing Technical cutovers and other new tasks like SAP upgrade & OS-DB Migration.
Mandatory Skills
SAP BASIS with DBA (HANA, DB2 LUW, Oracle, etc)
AWS Knowledge
Multiple Go-live experience
Good to have Skills
Knowledge in other Cloud technology like Azure, GCP, etc

Should be able to play the roles of a bilingual support engineer
Should be able to understand requirements discussed in calls and interpret to technical/functional consultants
