Responsibilities:
- Application Development and Enhancement:
- Participate in the development and enhancement of healthcare claims adjudication applications.
- Utilize the technical stack, including AS400, RPG, ILE, and Synon, for efficient development processes.
- System Analysis and Design:
- Independently conduct system analysis to understand and address project requirements.
- Design effective solutions to meet project needs and enhance application functionalities.
- Coding and Unit Testing:
- Write clean, maintainable code using RPGILE and CLLE on the AS400 platform.
- Perform thorough unit testing to ensure code quality and functionality.
- Quality Assurance Support:
- Collaborate with the QA team to support testing activities and address any issues or defects identified.
- Stakeholder Interaction:
- Effectively communicate and interact with onshore/offshore team leads (TL), QA teams, and other stakeholders.
- Engage in various project activities, ensuring alignment and progress toward project goals.
- Domain Expertise:
- Leverage knowledge of RxClaim adjudication processes to contribute to the development and enhancement of healthcare claims adjudication applications.
