Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with a strong focus on Pardot.
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, data migration, and integration of Pardot with Salesforce.
  • Design and create new landing pages in Pardot and ensure seamless integration with prospect generation systems, including Salesforce and external websites.
  • Migrate data and content from Eloqua to Pardot, ensuring data integrity and continuity.
  • Create and map fields between Salesforce and Pardot to ensure accurate data flow and reporting.
  • Perform 3rd party system integrations with Pardot, ensuring all systems work together seamlessly.
  • Utilize LWC, Apex, triggers, flows, and other configurations to enhance the functionality of Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Understand and track marketing KPIs, including email marketing and conversion metrics, to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Provide support and maintenance for marketing automation systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with USA-based senior management and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Overall 7+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience specifically in Pardot implementation, configuration, and data migration.
  • Experience and knowledge of Eloqua content and flows (landing pages, email templates, data cleaning routines) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and metrics related to email marketing and conversions.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing landing pages and integrating them with Salesforce and other web properties.
  • Solid experience with Salesforce development, including LWC, Apex, triggers, flows, and system integrations.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot.
  • Experience working with senior management levels within the organization or client organization, preferably within the USA.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
