Senior UX Designer for SAP Fiori

Key Responsibilities:
Design Conceptualization:
Visualize experience concepts through the creation of wireframes, design mockups, journey maps, process flows, and prototypes.
Ensure designs adhere to SAP Fiori Design guidelines.
User Research and Requirement Gathering:
Analyze user needs and gather requirements across multiple product experiences.
Understand dependencies for a common experience solution.
UX Scope and Collaboration:
Define UX scope and deliverables in collaboration with the development team.
Present and justify proposed solutions to key stakeholders.
Articulate design decisions clearly and effectively.
Design-Led Development:
Adhere to the design-led development approach during product development.
Support accessibility design efforts across all stages of product development, from conceptualization to implementation.
Coordination and Delivery:
Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to deliver expected UX outcomes.
Verify designs through reviews, validations, and formal usability testing.
Tool Proficiency:
Utilize strong skills with Figma design tool to create and refine designs.
Prior experience with SAP products would be an added advantage.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in UX design.
Proven track record of working on complex UX projects and delivering high-quality user experiences.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Figma design tool.
Strong understanding of SAP Fiori Design guidelines.
Experience with wireframing, design mockups, journey maps, process flows, and prototypes.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to present and justify design solutions to stakeholders effectively.
Collaboration:
Experience working in close coordination with product managers and engineering teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Mandatory Skills: UX Design, Proficiency in Figma
Desired Skills:
Prior experience with SAP products
Understanding of accessibility design efforts

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality UX designs that meet user needs and business objectives.
