Scope – Level & Nature of Interactions

  • Collaborates daily with customers, peers, account leaders and external and internal partners
  • Typically interacts with high-level Individual Contributors, Managers, Directors, VPs and key executive-level employees, but also acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments
  • Leads multiple projects requiring cross-team collaboration and external collaboration
  • Leads some projects or programs within a function and may act as a team leader to coordinate activities of other personnel

Business (Domain) –

  • Software Subscriptions, recurring revenue model BAT across Hi-Tech, Telco industry segments.
  • Exposure to transformation from legacy licensing revenue model to recurring revenue model thus demonstrating higher sales revenue.

QA (Core)

  • Expertise in testing methodologies and test tools, test case development, and execution with a focus on manual and automated testing.
  • Deep understanding and hands-on in the Zuora billing platform.
  • Basic knowledge on the working of Zuora Order lifecycle and its management.
  • Knowledge of Zuora objects.
  • Basic understanding of Zuora Workflows.
  • Overall hands-on in accounts, contacts, invoices, order creations, and payments.
  • Understanding on end-to-end flows involving salesforce CRM till order provisioning
  • Expertise in articulating business requirements to BAT test cases, upload and track in JIRA.
  • Understand data attributes involved in integration of 3rd party or custom solution with Zuora and test their feasibility.
