Testing Engineer

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Testing Engineer with extensive experience in quality assurance and software testing. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Swift, Python, XCUI, Selenium, and Agile Scrum methodologies. This role involves designing and implementing test strategies, automating test scripts, and ensuring robust product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Test Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
Execute manual and automated tests to ensure software quality.

Automation and Development:
Utilize Selenium to develop and execute automated web application tests.
Use Swift and XCUI for iOS application testing and automation.
Leverage Python for writing scalable and efficient test automation scripts.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues.
Work within an Agile Scrum team, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Defect Management:
Identify, document, and track bugs using defect tracking tools.
Provide detailed analysis and reports to the development team for timely fixes.

Performance Optimization:
Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and improve system performance.

Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years in software testing, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies and tools.
2-5 years of hands-on experience with Swift and XCUI for iOS application testing.
2-5 years of experience with Python for test automation.
2-5 years of experience using Selenium for web application testing.
Proficient in Agile Scrum methodologies with at least 2 years of experience in an Agile environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
