Salesforce Technical Lead

Responsibilities:

1. Lead technical design sessions and architect Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
2. Develop and maintain custom APEX code, triggers, and Visualforce pages.
3. Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using Integration APIs (REST, SOAP, etc.).
4. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and Heroku implementations.
8. Leverage Heroku expertise to design and implement scalable solutions.
9. Stay informed about the latest Salesforce and Heroku features, updates, and best practices.
10. Document technical designs, development processes, and best practices.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Minimum 7 years of experience as a Salesforce developer.
2. Strong proficiency in APEX development, including triggers, batch processes, and Visualforce pages.
3. Experience with Integration APIs (REST, SOAP, etc.) and integrating Salesforce with external systems.
4. Hands-on experience with Heroku implementations.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to Have:

1. Heroku Certification.
2. Experience with Lightning Web Components and Salesforce DX.
3. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
4. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
5. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
