Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM analytics solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics tools.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business outcomes.
- Design and build reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytics solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Leverage Heroku expertise to integrate external data sources and enhance analytics capabilities.
- Stay informed about the latest Salesforce CRM Analytics features, updates, and best practices.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and data-driven decision-making.
- Document analytics requirements, data models, and reporting processes.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in CRM analytics roles.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM Analytics tools (e.g., Einstein Analytics, Tableau CRM).
- Experience analyzing and reporting on CRM data to drive business insights.
- Hands-on experience with Heroku implementations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with data modeling and data visualization techniques.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
- Familiarity with SQL and other data querying languages.
- Experience with other cloud platforms and analytics tools.
- Certification in Salesforce CRM Analytics or related fields.
