Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement CRM analytics solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics tools.
  2. Analyze CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business outcomes.
  3. Design and build reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and KPIs.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytics solutions.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  6. Leverage Heroku expertise to integrate external data sources and enhance analytics capabilities.
  7. Stay informed about the latest Salesforce CRM Analytics features, updates, and best practices.
  8. Provide recommendations for process improvements and data-driven decision-making.
  9. Document analytics requirements, data models, and reporting processes.

Mandatory Requirements:

  1. Minimum 7 years of experience in CRM analytics roles.
  2. Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM Analytics tools (e.g., Einstein Analytics, Tableau CRM).
  3. Experience analyzing and reporting on CRM data to drive business insights.
  4. Hands-on experience with Heroku implementations.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

  1. Experience with data modeling and data visualization techniques.
  2. Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
  3. Familiarity with SQL and other data querying languages.
  4. Experience with other cloud platforms and analytics tools.
  5. Certification in Salesforce CRM Analytics or related fields.
