Senior QA Engineer – Salesforce

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce and Heroku applications.
2. Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing of Salesforce and Heroku implementations.
3. Collaborate with development teams to identify test requirements and validate solution designs.
4. Design and implement automated test suites for Salesforce and Heroku applications.
5. Perform manual testing as needed, including exploratory testing and ad-hoc testing.
6. Document test results, defects, and test coverage metrics.
7. Leverage Heroku expertise to ensure quality and reliability of Heroku applications.
8. Stay informed about the latest Salesforce and Heroku features, updates, and best practices related to testing.
9. Mentor junior QA engineers and provide guidance on testing best practices.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance roles.
2. Strong proficiency in testing Salesforce applications.
3. Hands-on experience with Heroku implementations.
4. Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Salesforce Test Automation).
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to Have:

1. Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder).
2. Heroku Certification.
3. Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
4. Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
