Responsibilities:
- Develop LWC for various projects, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy robust solutions.
- Integrate LWC components with external systems, APIs, and third-party services.
- Optimize code for scalability, maintainability, and reusability.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web development and Salesforce ecosystem.
- Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in web development, with a focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web standards.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and experience with Salesforce integrations.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, and other integration techniques.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II.
- Experience with other Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Aura Components.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React or Angular
