Core Responsibilities
* Responsible for sales/sell-thru/stock cover – Allocation and replenishment Key
Accounts
* 100% Fill rate as per agreed on the base cap in all POS with correct inventory, to consider festivity and seasonal requirements.
* (Category/Sub Category level, size ratio)
* Goldratt – Learn allocation and replenishment (Ranging/store addition/NPI/LFS blacklisting)
* Store-wise monthly Sales performance – Target vs actual – rolling forecast (inventory to be changed accordingly)
* Store requirement – Gaps in Assortment Group level, category gap.
* Inward to secondary sales – T&A/Follow-up, PO pendency to be highlighted and closed with an account manager.
* Tracking pick list to delivery lead time and incorporating same in rolling forecast.
* Mid-Season IST/Pull back.
* Minimise system leakages in terms of SOH, Sale, and SIT.
* Return process and closure.
Qualifications and Experience
Knowledge and skill set
* OTB /Allocation /Stock cover /Sell thru /Item Master. Excellent excel skills /analytical knowledge
Education

* Graduate/MBA

* 5+ years
