Responsibilities
* Meeting or exceeding sales targets of assigned area.
* Bring new partners on board and support successful lead conversion.
* Visit regularly and maintain good relationship with all franchisee partners.
* Providing ongoing training, motivation, and sales development of Franchisee Partner to ensure that sales and profits are effectively managed and maintained.
* Understand end consumer and business needs to up-sell the company’s products at Franchisee retail outlet.
Requirements and skills
* Minimum Educational qualification – graduate.
* Proven working experience of 6-8 years in telecom channel sales.
* Excellent Hindi/English communication, negotiation & presentation
Skills.
* Target and Result oriented approach.
* Ability to architect sales strategy.
* Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships.
* In-depth knowledge of telecom market.
