Functional Consultant / Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
2. Conduct workshops and interviews to gather and document business requirements.
3. Analyze and document the current state of business processes and workflows.
4. Design and document future state processes and system requirements.
5. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
6. Work closely with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
7. Assist in the configuration of Salesforce and Heroku environments based on business requirements.
8. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate user training sessions.
9. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce and Heroku implementations.
10. Leverage Heroku expertise to design and implement scalable solutions.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
2. Experience working with Salesforce as a Business Analyst.
3. Hands-on experience with Heroku implementations.
4. Strong understanding of business processes and requirements-gathering techniques.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

Nice to Have:

1. Salesforce Administrator certification.
2. Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
3. Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
4. Familiarity with other cloud platforms and technologies.
