Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and document the current state of business processes and workflows.
- Design and document future state processes and system requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
- Assist in the configuration of Salesforce and Heroku environments based on business requirements.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate user training sessions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce and Heroku implementations.
- Leverage Heroku expertise to design and implement scalable solutions.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience working with Salesforce as a Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience with Heroku implementations.
- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements-gathering techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with other cloud platforms and technologies.
