Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java applications using Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Implement messaging solutions using Kafka for real-time data streaming and processing.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and integrations, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and implement them.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Implement and maintain best practices for code quality, version control, and deployment.
- Integrate Java applications with various data sources and third-party services.
- Utilize XQuery and XSLT for XML data transformations and integrations.
- Develop user interfaces using HTML and Angular to enhance the user experience.
- Work with SQL databases for data storage, retrieval, and manipulation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the best possible solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Java Developer with a focus on Spring and Spring Boot.
- Strong proficiency in Kafka and experience with real-time data streaming and messaging.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including customization and integration.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Familiarity with web technologies including HTML and Angular.
- Experience with XML data processing using XQuery and XSLT.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
