Java SDE Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development:
Develop, test, and maintain applications using Java8, Spring Boot, and Rest API.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
Provide expertise in troubleshooting Java/J2EE applications.
Handle high-impact incidents and ensure timely resolution.
Perform pattern and root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues.
Drive issues to logical closure, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Communication and Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management.
Document technical specifications and other project-related documentation.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and team efficiency.

Mandatory Skills:

Java Development:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java8, Spring Boot, and Rest API.
Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE application development and troubleshooting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Incident Management:
Experience handling high-impact incidents and ensuring timely resolution.
Proficiency in performing pattern and root cause analysis.
Ability to drive issues to logical closure with minimal disruption to business operations.
Desired Skills:
Cloud Technologies:Experience with AWS Cloud services and infrastructure.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
