We are seeking a Non-IT Recruiter to join our dynamic and fast-paced human resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring candidates for various non-IT positions within our organization. The Non-IT Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and execute plans to attract and retain top talent. The role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the recruitment process for non-technical roles.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various non-IT positions such as administrative, sales, marketing, customer service, finance, and operations roles.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and techniques, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract potential candidates.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and proactively build a network of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiating and extending job offers to selected candidates.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role, with a focus on non-IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of various non-technical roles and their specific requirements within an organization.
- Demonstrated ability to source, attract, and retain high-quality candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
