About the Role: We are seeking experienced QA Testers to join our team for telecom domain projects. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in telecom testing, with a focus on OSS and BSS applications. This role involves end-to-end testing of telecom systems and applications, with a strong emphasis on requirement analysis, test planning, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end testing of telecom systems and applications within the specified domain.
- Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Execute test cases, document test results, and track issues to resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of telecom solutions.
- Utilize basic Unix/SQL experience and selenium for testing automation and scripting.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes and standards throughout the testing lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in software testing, with at least 4-5 years of experience in telecom testing.
- Strong understanding of OSS and BSS applications in the telecom domain.
- Experience with end-to-end telecom testing, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Proficiency in basic Unix/SQL commands and experience with selenium for automation testing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
