Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using Salesforce Classic and Lightning Web Components (LWC), ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Utilize LWC features such as HTML Elements, Decorators (Track, Wire, API), Web Components, Custom Elements, Templates and Slots, and Shadow DOM.
• Design and implement robust integrations with other systems and platforms to extend Salesforce functionality.
• Manage code versions and deployments, ensuring smooth transitions between development, testing, and production environments.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables by adhering to Salesforce and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of development processes, configurations, and customizations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and other team members.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices to continuously improve the development process.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Classic and LWC.
• A minimum of 3 years of extensive experience with LWC, including features like HTML Elements, Decorators (Track, Wire, API), Web Components, Custom Elements, Templates and Slots, and Shadow DOM.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Apex, Triggers, Batch Classes, and Integrations.
• Strong understanding of best practices in Salesforce development and delivery.
• Salesforce technical certification (e.g., PD1, PD2).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
