Responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce Service Cloud projects with a focus on using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Omnistudio.
- Design and define the technical architecture that meets business requirements, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Provide expertise in Service Cloud features including Account Management, Case Management, and Customer Service.
- Understand and implement Salesforce security and access controls to protect data and ensure compliance.
- Follow best practices for LWC and Omnistudio development, ensuring high-quality code and maintainable solutions.
- Develop and manage Salesforce integrations using APIs and Salesforce Connect to seamlessly connect with other systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver projects that meet business needs.
- Apply Agile methodologies to project management, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of solutions.
- Utilize version control systems like GIT to manage codebase and collaborate with development teams effectively.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices to continually improve and optimize solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Service Cloud implementations and integrations.
- Document technical solutions, configurations, and development processes for reference and training purposes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading Salesforce Service Cloud projects with a strong focus on LWC and Omnistudio.
- Expertise in Service Cloud features such as Account Management, Case Management, and Customer Service.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and access controls.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and Salesforce Connect.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with version control systems like GIT.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with SAFE Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Scrum Master (SM) or Business Analysis (BA) experience is desirable.
