Responsibilities:
- Design and Development:
- Develop IT solutions for Work Management (Plant Maintenance) and Supply Chain functions.
- Ensure best practices are implemented when interfacing SAP with other IT applications.
- Project Implementation:
- Provide full life-cycle project implementation consulting expertise, including:
- Assessments
- Blueprinting
- System build
- Testing
- Go-live stabilization
- Provide full life-cycle project implementation consulting expertise, including:
- Process Management:
- Create As-Is and To-Be process flows.
- Perform gap analysis.
- Prepare functional specifications.
- Functional Design:
- Build Functional Designs for SAP Plant Maintenance processes based on business requirements.
- Implementation and Support:
- Engage in SAP Plant Maintenance implementation and support projects.
- Typical project scopes include:
- Preventative and planned maintenance solutions
- Corrective maintenance solutions
- GIS Integration:
- Handle LAM (Linear Asset Management) and mapping with GIS coordinates and PM equipment (e.g., ESRI).
- Ensure best practices in interfacing SAP with other GIS solutions.
Skills and Expertise:
- Subject matter expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance.
- Experience with GIS solutions and integration.
- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements in plant maintenance and supply chain functions.
