Key Responsibilities:

  1. User Assistance Deliverables: Create UA deliverables that help users deploy, administer, and use SAP software. This includes, but is not limited to, terminology, UI texts, guides, multimedia content, context-sensitive help, and tutorials.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to produce clear and concise documentation, including release notes, online help, setup guides, and user guides.
  3. Best Practices Development: Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for technical writing, ensuring consistency, clarity, and accuracy in all documentation.
  4. Document Review & Editing: Review and edit technical documents to ensure they meet high standards of quality and usability.
  5. Project Prioritization: Manage and prioritize documentation projects, ensuring that all deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
  6. Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our documentation processes, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions.
  7. Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent written and spoken English skills, ensuring all documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to the intended audience.
  8. Content Management: Utilize Content Management Systems (DITA) to manage and organize documentation effectively.
  9. SAP Experience: Leverage prior SAP experience to enhance the relevance and accuracy of the documentation.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Technical Writing: Extensive experience in technical writing, particularly within the SAP ecosystem.
  • Content Management Systems (DITA): Proficiency in using DITA for managing and organizing content.

Desired Skills:

  • SAP Expertise: Previous experience working with SAP software will be a significant advantage.
