Job Description
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Tester (manual testing)
- Excellent communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong testing skills in Salesforce and have good understanding on Sales and Service Cloud
- Extensive experience in writing test scenarios, test scripts, test cases and analysing test results
- Experience with UI, Functional, Integration, Regression testing and Acceptance testing in Agile and waterfall models.
- Good knowledge on Data Loader to update Salesforce.com objects
- Strong exposure to Security and Sharing rules model of Salesforce
- Hands-on test experience on Service Cloud, Sales Cloud
- Experience in building reports and dashboards in Salesforce
- Experience with tools like Jira, ALM
- Demonstrated ability to work in a distributed, team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Salesforce Admin certification is preferred
