Key Responsibilities:
● Identify training needs of both customers and internal team members, for
designing and implementing strategic training plan and program.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective learning program for
the stakeholders.
● Engage with retailers and keep them attracted to company proposition.
● Evaluate and measure training activities, effectiveness and share reports
periodically.
● Organize trainings for sales teams and franchisees / retailers upon –

○ Customer Handling
○ System & Operations
○ Sales Process
○ Offers & Schemes
Requirements and Skills:
● Educational qualification – MBA or equivalent
● Industry background – Retail
● Work experience – Min 5 years of experience in Product and Sales Training.
● Communication skills – Excellent, both written and verbal.
● Good language command.

● Energetic speaker, effective presentation skills.
● Excellent analytical, probing, presentation and coaching skills.
● Ability to learn and consistently improve on performance.
