Roles & Responsibilities:
- Development: Engage in backend development using Typescript. Ensure high-quality code and maintain best practices.
- Project Management: Take responsibility for project deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time. Address any issues promptly to prevent sprint lagging.
- Leadership (JL5 Profile): Lead the project team, guiding and mentoring junior developers. Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Identify and fix bugs efficiently to maintain the project timeline.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including front-end developers, QA testers, and product managers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Typescript and backend development. Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster continuous learning and improvement.
